Let’s be quiet and close our eyes. Both feet on the floor - hands in a relaxed position, try not to go anywhere or do anything. Be only in the present moment. Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly. Take another deep breath and let it go.

Now travel to the God Center deep, deep within - where the true self abides with the Divine Presence – where the Fountainhead of Love springs forth and floods every cell of our beings.
